Returns Policy
No liability will be accepted by Saws Direct Limited, for goods received damaged, unless delivery note is duly signed as received damaged by the customer. Saws Direct Limited reserve the right to send out replacement parts for any items received damaged.
Saws Direct Limited will not consider a claim unless notified in writing within 10 days of delivery for damaged goods.
Goods will only be accepted back if they do not meet the general specification as outlined on the Saws Direct website. Return carriage will be at the customer’s expense.
The customer must receive written confirmation that goods will be accepted back for credit, under the terms of this policy, before goods are returned to Saws Direct Limited.
After 7 days from delivery of machinery, or 7 days for replacement parts, no goods will be accepted back. If faults occur they will be remedied under the Warranty as detailed in Saws Direct Limited general Terms and Conditions.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order will only be accepted if Saws Direct Limited cannot give a delivery date or fulfil the order to the minimal specification requested. Subject to these conditions, if payment has been made, a full refund will be given.
Saws Direct Limited will not accept cancellation for any items available for delivery or that has been delivered to the customer.
